Tyler Nepote, SEC, EMS
Principal
Tyler Nepote is the Founder and Principal of Wedgewood Capital Partners. With extensive experience in commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Prior to founding Wedgewood in 2016, Tyler previously worked at one of the largest privately held companies in the country in their commercial real estate group. He holds a B.A. in Finance & Business Management from Wichita State University and is one of the youngest counselor-members of the Society of Exchange Counselors (S.E.C.), the nation's premier creative real estate organization. Tyler has served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Exchange Counselors, National Council of Exchangors (NCE), and the Kansas CCIM Chapter. He has frequently been asked to moderate and run national & regional commercial real estate exchange meetings across the country. A lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan and Tottenham Hotspur supporter, Tyler is passionate about sports, travel, and adventure. He resides in Wichita, KS with his wife, Bethany, and their two black cats - Dahlia & Fiona
